Refund Policy
Dentall RMC provides dental offices with appropriate refunds for the services undelivered. The following page sets out the Refund Policy.
General Terms for Refund
- Unless or otherwise specified, payment once made to Dentall RMC for dental insurance billing, insurance verification, credentialing and another service as defined in the Agreement signed between the parties (Dentall RMC and dental offices) shall in no case be refundable.
- Since Dentall RMC does not ask dental office(s) for prepayment for the insurance billing and other services, any refund claim put up for incomplete and inappropriate dental billing services shall be considered null and void.

Eligibility for Refund
Dentall RMC will consider requests for refunds or adjustment only in case of:
- Failing to provide you with agreed billing services (including associated services such as insurance verification and A/R management) as set out in the Agreement;
- The payment has been posted unlawfully; in this case, the fee for the billing services will be partly adjusted/refunded based on the terms of the agreement);
- A dentist or a chiropractor is charged wrongly for the services that haven’t been either delivered or delivered partially;
Refund Process
Dentall RMC is the sole operator of the site and conveyer of the dental billing services; thus, holds the right to accept or reject refund requests/claims at our discretion. The refund request shall be considered only for the undelivered services.
The refund request will be processed upon validation of the refund claims raised, the service agreement that has been signed with Dentall RMC, and the eligibility for the refund payable for the services delivered/undelivered. No matter what, the final decision for the refund shall always be subject to our discretion.
Dentall RMC has the right to assess the refund request(s) raised and process them accordingly.
Right to put up a Query
Dental offices hold the right to raise a request or query against the refunds processed. A dentist is free to undergo appropriate legal procedures for the same in case of misappropriation. Parties have the right to get their refund disputes settled through arbitration by the mutually chosen party before taking the matter before the law.
Payment Process for Refund
We will process the refund as follows:
- The refund amount will be transferred only to the card number/bank account that has been used to make the payment for the purchase of billing services;
- The refund amount may take as long as 7 days to 15 days to reach a client’s bank account.
Dental offices agree and acknowledge the above refund policy and take us on trust while requesting refunds.
